Terms of Service

These terms apply to Forge Growth (“we”, “us”), a UK marketing agency working with kitchen, bathroom and home renovation businesses, and to anyone using our website, our client portal, or the services we provide.

What we do

We run advertising campaigns for our clients, generate enquiries from homeowners, and follow those enquiries up by phone to book appointments. Clients access their results through our portal.

If you are a homeowner

Submitting an enquiry — including through a Facebook or Instagram lead form — means we may contact you by phone, text, email or WhatsApp about the work you enquired about, and may pass your enquiry to the client business best placed to quote for it. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will. It costs you nothing and puts you under no obligation to buy anything.

If you are a client

The specific services, fees and term of your engagement are set out in the agreement you signed with us; where these terms and that agreement differ, that agreement wins. We do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, appointments or sales — advertising results depend on your market, your pricing and how quickly your team follows up. Portal access is for your business only and must not be shared outside it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete what we hold — see Deleting your data.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
