Deleting your data

If you have contacted Forge Growth — including by submitting a Facebook or Instagram lead form — you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, at any time, and without giving a reason.

How to ask

Email shea@forgegrowthagency.com with the subject line Delete my data. So we can find your record, please include the phone number or email address you used when you got in touch.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as UK GDPR requires. We will tell you when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your contact details, the answers you gave on any lead form, our notes on you, and any recordings or transcripts of calls between us. Where we passed your enquiry to one of our client businesses so they could quote for your work, we will tell you who that was so you can ask them too — they hold their copy independently of us.

What we may keep

Where the law requires us to retain a record — for example an invoice, for tax purposes — we keep only that record and only for as long as we must. It is not used to contact you again.
