Forge Growth (“we”, “us”) is a UK marketing agency helping kitchen & bathroom renovation businesses win more work. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us — including through Facebook and Instagram lead forms — and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry (including via a Meta lead form), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and answers to any qualifying questions about your business. If you use our client portal, we also collect account and usage information needed to deliver our service.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about our services, respond to your enquiry, and — if you become a client — to deliver the work you’ve engaged us for. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our software and hosting providers, and the communications platforms (such as phone or messaging services) we use to follow up with you. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Where you reach us via a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead ad, Meta processes your submission subject to its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and as required for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email shea@forgegrowthagency.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

Our website and portal use only the cookies necessary for them to function (for example, keeping you signed in). Third-party services we use, such as Meta, may set their own cookies when you interact with our ads — these are governed by that provider’s own privacy policy, not this one.
